Butcher Babies is an American metal band from Los Angeles, California founded in 2010. Their linu-up is: Carla Harvey – vocals, Heidi Shepherd – vocals, Henry Flury – guitars, Jason Klein – bass and Chris Warner – drums. They making some horror metal but never less I think the two front girls are nice to see if you don’t know what I mean just google their name and you will see it. Some tape can hide the nipple but not the gate, I don’t know it hurts if pull it off.
Goliath their first LP released in 2013 in US, but now released in EU. The first number “I smell A Wassacre” A little bit chaotic with some commercial riff in it, not bad to open a full CD. Vocally they are unique in the metal scene, two female vocalists, Carla and Heidi. “Grim Sleeper” fourth song; at last you can hear that the two ladies can sing in harmony and not only can scream. This song is slower but you can feel the intensity in this song. “Goliath” fifth and title track start with a nice raw guitar riff and then the girls voices gifs the song a new dimension like a beast that is indomitable and want to do what he wants. “Give me Reason” seventh of the eleven songs counting on this album. Nice play between the scream and the guitar riffs. “Goliath an album with power, sensiveness but unbeatable. An album you must have in your closet!
