Blackfinger

Doom Metal fans may have wondered what singer Eric Wagner has been up to, after his departure from Chicago's legendary Trouble (with whom he served from 1979 to 1986...when the band went on a hiatus, and then again from 1993 on)...well, we now find our answer with the release of this, Blackfinger's debut release!

Bastardogs

For convenience's sake, we'll turn the clock on our time machine back to the summer of 2010, and to the geographical coordinates to the North-East Italian town of Genova.

Amok

Amok is the brainchild of Calum Henderson and Greg Corlet. The band was formed in early 2004 with a simple vision: write and perform some of the heaviest and most relentless songs possible! Intense writing, practice and home-based recording provided a solid foundation and within no time a strong line up was formed.

Adamus Exul

Adamus Exul were formed in 2008 by Patrick ‘A.Exul / Araloth’ Cook, a young Australian guy who used part of the Perseverance line-up for a couple of years as well.

15 Reasons

I have a very vivid memory of a certain period in Spring 2011 when, during the then more frequent updates of the website we performed at his place, our editor-in-chief would put the second full-length of this Brussels based Nu-Metal trio (then a quartet) into the cd-player, without telling me in advance that he'd gotten a deal with the band which solicited the erection of ConcreteWeb Records.

Sea of Bones

The noises emanating from the trio’s collective subconscious can best be described as atmospheric doom metal , but there are sludge, drone and even psych elements in the gloomy depths of their The Earth Wants Us Dead-material. The six tracks making up this double cd comprise heavily distorted drone guitar and punching drums over screamed vox, particular on the standout tracks “The stone the slave and the architect” and “Failure of light””.
