Hum...Orange Goblin's Healing Through Fire, eh? About time the band's 6^th album was made available at a bigger scale!

Every once in a while even your more experienced reviewer, no matter how varied his musical preference or how extensive (s)he collects music outside those albums (s)he comes across in (her/his) journalistic career, will come across some long-existing band (s)he never heard of. Okay...so the “long-existing” thing is relative...but the guys have nevertheless already put their mark on the UK's scene!

Formed in 2001, Finland's October Falls was originally a solo vehicle for Mikko Lehto. Drawn by nature's mysticism, his compositions were to be seen like sonic explorations of the Earth during his walks through the woods.

Together with, for example, Sabbat or Agathocles, NunSlaughter must be one of the most productive combos on our lovely planet. As from 1987 on, these guys have recorded hundreds of splits, minis, compilations, lives and full lengths (note: this category, the full length studio recordings, is in fact extremely limited in this band’s case!), so it will be quite a challenge to add the full discography right here. …but of course I won’t… No thanks…

At the basis of this Milano based Italian Glam Rock/ Metal act are guitarist Gypsy (real name Luca, family name untraced) and drummer Vik (real name Vittorio, family name unknown to yours truly), who meet each other by chance in February of 2009. Due to their common musical passion for LA-style Hard Rock, the twosome decides to start a band under the monicker of Snipers, recruiting additional members among their friends and acquaintances.

The story of this band started in 1988 by an idea of 3 friends (Giacomo  - voice, Elvio - Guitars, Fabio - drums) and their love for Rock.
After the natural process “garage – live shows”, they record they first demo-tape entitled "cowboy".
In their first years they had the chance to improve their live experience and participating in many local contests

And now...for something quite different: Swing! And, by all means, prepare for a long story!

Celtic Dance are a Portuguese band that was formed about twenty years ago by Laldaboath, Tzaboath and Conquerer. After the recording of the debut Ancient Battlecry, which came to life with assistance of a fourth member, Xeque-Mate, Laldaboath and Tzaboath decided to leave. Soon after, both of them formed Arkenstone, but that’s another story.

Brutally Deceased hail from Czech Republic and they debuted in 2010 with Dead Lovers’ Guide, released via Lavadome Productions. In 2013 they returned with the split-LP Glory Days, Festering Years, in co-operation with Interment. This split was the band’s debut for Doomentia, by the way.
